There are companies out there that sell outdoor ovens that come in pieces and must be mortared together and then covered with more mortar to give the oven the bulk and strength needed. Our ovens are hand built as a solid monolithic structure that can be picked up, placed on a base and used that same day.  While the ovens will work fine this way, many people like to build an enclosure around them to give it more insulating properties or a certain look that fits in with the surrounding landscape and design. Brick ovens are complex and hard to build. Cost is also a factor. Ovens typically range from $1,200.00 to over $5,000.00 With our unique way of forming the ovens we drastically cut down on production time and can sell the ovens for a much smaller price than our competitors, making them affordable for anyone from the typical backyard homeowner to the large outdoor kitchens built for entertaining.
